Ok heres the thing at first i LOVED this book. i felt like i was holding Gold in my hands. my new bible. But then the author suggests to women lying about sexual trauma as a tactic to avoid having to have sex. Please girls NEVER lie about that. if that wasnt in the book i would give it a 5 star rating hands down. But maybe since the author is a man he doesn't understand the ramification of women lying about this. It is very hard for women who have been raped and molested to be taking seriously much of the time. Even though a TINY percentage of women who report these to police it end up being fake. but to lie about that to anyone a trick a friend a sugar ANYONE is just not ok, and makes it harder for women who have been and have these issues to be taken seriously. I am really dispointed anyone would give that advice to girls no matter what thier objective is. The rest of the boo is Gold thats why i gave it two stars and not one. but that is a REALLLYYYYYY big bad red flag no no do NOT do ever!!!
Excellent read. Really gives "good girls" a clue as to why they are not being chosen for dating as well as long term relationships. Perfect read for a woman having trouble in the dating arena. Perfect read for someone who may be in a stale marriage looking for answers. A must read for any woman who has been cheated on. The audio book version is the most compelling. The narrator's voice really makes the content come alive. It may be a hard pill to swallow for some women who have been raised with a different value system but society shows us that this information is tested and proven. If you are not winning after reading this you're just stubborn.

This book was a gift to my younger friend who is unlucky in love and relationships. Plus looking for someone to spoil her a bit. I read it before giving it to her. It is hilarious and it did actually have some decent if not already common knowledge advice/tips. Do not let the title deter you. Some of the advice for NOT giving a man some cookies pie and cake are funny - some terrifying: don't lie about a trauma - horrible advice. Otherwise it is a worthy read.*4.5 stars*
I loved this book. Although I don't plan on using any of these in the hopes of finding myself a trick, treat, or sponsor, the information in the book really helped me with becoming fully confident with myself. After all, if a woman can pull these mind games and acts on a man, why can't I pull these on regular people I interact with on a day to day basis? That is, just being fun, portraying myself as the "ideal girl" (whatever that is depending on who I am around), and wholly loving myself?Now, I don't want to say that after I read half way into this book, my life changed - because that's not how it happened. I had to actually do things and be active for anything to happen, of course. I'm saying this because it's easy to read or absorb knowledge and think the work is done. No. I had to begin to breathe, eat, and live the Ho Tactics.As for the book, it does give a lot of insight on how a "ho" functions, and it's pretty amazing. After reading this book, I no longer view the word "ho" as an insult (although I know it can be one). In the scenarios the book uses, a ho is a pretty damn admirable woman who uses what she has to get herself further in life, or just the things she simply wants. It also taught me a lot about men (not to say that everything in the book is completely true and applicable to every single man on planet Earth): about how they may think, feel, and act around unwaveringly confident women who aren't afraid to be sexual.Simply put, I think women should read this book. If you aren't going to use these to find yourself a sponsor or trick, that's OK. Be like me, read this book, and let it encourage you to become the unapologetically confident woman you can be.
Pretty good book. I've applied many of these 'tactics' within my relationship and business. My only critique is that this is the kind of book that will help you reel in big fish. Keeping them on the line is an entirely different topic. But if you want something that'll teach you how to fish, this is it. The tactics are good. But they're shortsighted. It's also difficult to transition a relationship built on ho tactics into something real and substantial. This is a great resource if you're not looking for a long-term deal, or if you're a side chick, booty call, etc. Decent book overall.

Keep this reference close to you, maybe keep a copy in your nightstand drawer. The book is not at all like the title seems, but this is big girl panties and basic self-respect tutorial.

I learnt so much from reading it.it really opened my eyes as how to weed out mean selfish men from the first or second contact,even though I have no plans to go around looking for a treat,trick or sponsor.i have learnt techniques that are very helpful that I can apply in making sure the man I choose to be with is someone who have the potential to treat me well,and not to settle for less. It certainly has helped to put a lot more confidence in my actions,and help me how to identify the tricks men use on women and how to beat them at there own game...this is a very good book for those women who have been way too nice to men and allowed them to manipulate you.
