I am so glad that there was a novella followed the little cliff at the end of FLASH BANG. And I was happy that Lia was going to have her own story. We saw here go through something horrible after the grid went down and she needed time to heal and become comfortable in her new safer environment.I liked Cam and Travis. They were friends, but both were interested in her. Cam was devoted to her from the first time he helped her, but was biding him time, and was so gentle and careful with her. And Travis was willing to fight for her or shake things up and give her a chance to make a choice. I liked that Lia started to come into her own.This was a short novella without too much drama. I enjoyed getting more with Graham, Zack, Rowan and the rest of the group from FLASH BANG. And thankfully the mystery we were left with at the end of that one was revealed. I really enjoyed this world and would not hesitate to revisit it if she writes more. There are a few m
I love this series. It's post-apocalyptic. There are strong male characters, they have military backgrounds, they have strong bonds of friendship. I love the group's overall preparedness and ability to survive. Strong ALPHA male protectors. Menage relationships MFM. There was a little less focus in this story on the overall apocalypse. Book 1 has a much more detailed story and remains my favorite. I hope the author continues this.series.
I was really hesitant to read this series bc I was so stuck up on the beneath series but this series is equally better if not more so! I got sucked up in their world and it was so picturesque that I could vividly see the scenes In my head! Great work as always! I was a little surprised at the end I felt like the story just ended! I literally turned the page back to make sure I hadn't missed anything and sure enough it was just over! I was a little disappointed with the ending I felt like the story was just getting good and then hammy was just over!
I'm not a fan of menage but this duo was a great story line. Loved the happy ending, especially for Lia. Cam and Travis were extremely patient with her and in the end they got what they wanted.Besides this Meghan we're talking about, she hasn't written anything I didn't like.
I consider Hard Charger another success in Meghan March’s published books. It was a wonderful follow up to Flash Bang and allowed the reader to discover what happed to Lia, the girl that had been rescued in Flash Bang, and how the other characters had grown. Meghan writes relatable storylines that do not seem too farfetched in my opinion and her characters show growth throughout the books. I don’t want to give any spoilers, but I am happy Lia got her happily ever after…at least for now since you never know what may come in another book.
Loved Lia, Cam, and Travis' story!!!!! Poor Lia who eventually became a strong independent woman and goes after exactly what she wants!!!! This story is thrilling, full of excitement and hot,hot sexy romance and love!!! LOVE MEGHAN MARCH!!! NEVER DISAPPOINTS !!!!
This is the second book in a post-apocalyptic series that features strong women and alpha military men. I'd love to get at least one more book with Erica's story that would hopefully include Beau and Jack.
